Below are the Terms and Conditions for use of www.drivingschoolwa.com. Please read these carefully. If you need to contact us regarding any aspect of the following terms of use of our website, you can address it in writing.
By accessing the content of www.drivingschoolwa.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set out herein and also accept our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions you should not continue to use the Website and leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the website for any illegal purposes and that you will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt or manipulate the content or information available on the website or reduce the overall functionality of the website.
You agree not to compromise the security of the website or attempt to gain access to secured areas of the website or attempt to access any sensitive information you may believe is present on the website or the server.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, losses, liability, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions in this agreement and to which you will have agreed if you continue to use the website.
The reproduction, distribution in any method whether online or offline is strictly prohibited. The work on the website and the images, logos, text and other such information is the property of www.drivingschoolwa.com (unless otherwise stated ). You agree that any pre-paid appointments may not be refunded in certain circumstances. Late cancellations may incur a full-service fee. In the event that the lessons are pre-paid and a refund is requested by a client and granted by the management of Driving School WA, 6% shall be deducted from the amount paid to us.

Cancellation Policy (Late Cancellation or No Show Policy)

We will charge the full-service fee for cancellations without a minimum of 48 working hours’ notice (Two Business Days) given by the clients. Email cancellations to ‘no reply’ notices will not be accepted. This policy is applicable to all pre-paid appointments, as we must ensure the instructors’ availability. Medical exemption certificates shall be accepted by Driving School WA and in such circumstances, we will credit your payment for the next available time with one of our staff. Any pre-paid appointments can only be credited and new appointment date will be allocated. If pre-paid appointments are cancelled 48 hours after the booking was made, we will not refund, you can use the credit for a diffeent date and time. If the Department of Transport cancelled driving assessment appointment, we will NOT refund any portion of the service we are pre-booked for. Disclaimer

Though we strive to be completely accurate in the information presented on our site and attempt to keep it as up to date as possible, in some cases, some of the information you find on the website may be slightly outdated. We reserve right to send a different instructor to the allocated appointment in unforeseen circumstances arise. Also, if you booked an instructor who doesn’t service your area, we can send a different driving instructor (subject to out availability).
