Cancellation Policy Driving School WA

Driving School WA – Cancellation, Invalid ID, No Show Policy & Refund Terms

 

  • If a booking has been held in our system for longer than 48 hours and you choose to cancel permanently, a 50% fee will be charged.
  • If you reschedule more than 48 business hours before your lesson, there will be no penalty.
  • Frequent or last-minute changes may affect future bookings at the instructor’s discretion, as Driving School WA instructors are in high demand.
  • Early permanent cancellations (cancelled more than one week in advance and less than 48 hours after booking) are subject to a 6% administrative fee.
  • Failure to provide valid identification on the day of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the full fee.
  • Any disrespectful behaviour or failure to follow reasonable instructions, including arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will result in immediate discontinuation and forfeiture of the full fee.
  • Refunds (after applicable deductions) are processed once every 60 days due to limited administrative resources, as Driving School WA operates as a microbusiness.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable to another person.
Primary Identification examples include:
  • Learner’s Permit: Your valid WA learner’s permit.
  • Passport: Australian or foreign passport, accompanied by Client Reference Number or DL Client ID issued by the Department of Transport WA
  • WA Photo Card: Current WA Photo Card accompanied by Client Reference Number or DL Client ID issued by the Department of Transport WA
  • Driver’s Licence: Current interstate Australian driver’s licence or learner’s permit card showing your photo and signature, or a valid overseas licence accompanied by your current passport.
